A new dress in the works... upcycled from an INC travesty made at some point in the '90s. The former dress had a BUST lining... which tended to pop out the top, and corded straps. Not particularly attractive. In fact, it came (from the dumpster behind the Drake Apartments) complete with fully lined velvet bolero jacket. We won't even talk about that.
The polka-dot silk (not ridiculously soft or exquisite, but terribly cute) came from a $9.99 slip on the clearance rack at Old Navy.
